    I wish it were not the case, but the knowledge and literacy level of “Chelsea”, the UA Philippine agent who recently assisted us, was so far below acceptable it left us speechless. It was like trying to have a simple adult business conversation with an 8-year-old. To her credit, we had no problem understanding her English.

    Hello. I have tried to call your office and it comes up with “This number can not be reached. I need your E Mail so I can send PDF. I am flying from Chicago to Kentucky on 1 June 2018 and returning to Chicago ON 22 June 2018 to get my flight going back to the Philippines.     Good morning, this is Tom and Julie Anderson, our flight number is PYR3Z5

    You have changed it, but now, not all flights our showing, and you change our seats. Pls advice why. we had good seats now we get what is left over, and we did pay for better seats. Pls send us the new complete flights home for us on 22 May 2022.

    Our original flight is still going but u change us to new flights, with one more stop, and we do not understand waht is going on now. Pls send us the complete flight and seats as they are NOW. So we know for sure, what you are showing, is only Manila to Japan, then only HOuston to Tampa, where are the other flights????

    WE are total confused pls pls help us out there.
