How to change flight date / postpone / cancel the booked flight in EVA Air Airline?
Change / reschedule your travel date in EVA Air:
Here are the procedure to do online. You can also contact the travel agent to change your flight date
- Visit https://www.evaair.com/en-global/manage/view-my-booking/
- Go to “View my booking”
- Click “Change dates/Flights” (or) “Cancel booking”
- Enter Booking reference (6 letters and/or numbers)
- Enter first/middle/last name, family name, verification code
- Click “Log in”
- Select the date you want to reschedule
- Confirm the submission.
How to get refund from Eva airlines for unused / partially used flight tickets?
By online
- Visit https://booking.evaair.com/flyeva/eva/b2c/refund-application-login.aspx
- Go to “Plan & Book/Book Online”
- Select “Refund Application/Enquiry”
- For flight ticket refund, please enter the ticket number.
- For ancillary services refund (excess baggage fee), please input the electronic miscellaneous document(EMD) number.
- Click “Submit”.
Through Eva Call Centre
- You can contact EVA Air reservation center for refund application.
- For Award tickets refund, please contact EVA local ticketing offices for assistance.
- Your request will be processed manually by the EVA customer service person.
Through travel agent
- If you have booked a EVA flight ticket through any travel agent, please contact them for a refund.
NOTE:
- For itinerary to/from USA: A no-penalty 100% refund will be given if the refund application is made within 24 hours of purchase and if the ticket purchase was made at least one week (168 hours) prior to the first flight departure.
- Refunds for cancellation of unused segments will be calculated with the value of the used segments deducted, rather than half of the original ticket value. It is possible that only the airport tax is refundable after calculation; if so, no refund handling fee and No-Show fee will be charged. This also applies to non-refundable tickets.
- Refunds for tickets purchased partially or entirely with miles: Completely unused tickets will be refunded in cash for the portion of the tickets purchased with cash, plus taxes and miles will be returned to the account holder who made the booking if that mileage is still valid on the application date for the refund. Partially used ticket will be refunded in cash for unused flight segments and taxes, but mileage cannot be refunded.
