How to change flight date / postpone / cancel the booked flight in Gulf Air Airline?

Change / reschedule your travel date in Gulf Air:

Here are the procedure to do online. You can also contact the travel agent to change your flight date

1. Visit https://www.gulfair.com/manage-my-booking
2. Go to “Manage my booking” – ‘My booking’
3. Enter the booking reference, passenger last name
4. Click “Continue”
5. Select the date you want to reschedule
6. Confirm the submission.

How to get refund from Gulf Air airlines for unused / partially used flight tickets?

By online

1. Visit https://www.gulfair.com/support/refund-policy
2. An administrative refund charge of BHD10/USD30 or equivalent in other currencies is applicable for any refund of any ticket.(Addition to any refund charges as stipulated)
3. For non-refundable tickets, fuel surcharges, security charges and other charges (YQ/YS/YR/Q charges etc.) are non-refundable.
4. Refunds will be processed within 21 days.
5. Some countries have special government tax such as India where service tax on cancellation or refund related charges are levied at 18%.
6. Services charges are non-refundable on all tickets (DU/DV/OC charges).

Through Gulf Air Call Centre

• You can contact Gulf Air worldwide offices for refund request.
• Your request will be processed manually by the Gulf Air customer service person.
• Tickets purchased through Gulf Air Office, Gulf Air website and World Wide Call Centre, can be refunded through the same office only.
• Tickets purchased from Gulf Air Offices in Seef Mall or Bahrain International Airport can be refunded through Seef Mall Office only.

Through travel agent

• If you have booked a Gulf Air flight ticket through any travel agent, please contact them for a refund.
