2. Enter the “Reservation Code and Last Name”
3. Click “Find my Booking”

How to get refund from Swoop Airlines for unused / partially used flight tickets?

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking for travel outside of seven days are fully refundable to the original form of payment
• No other cancellations are permitted
• No credits or refunds will be given for no shows.
• Contact Centre Fee is $15 CAD per transaction.

• If you have booked a Swoop Airlines flight ticket through any travel agent, please contact them for a refund.
