Första besök i Skylight Bole Addis Ababa 28 jan 2023.Då ville jag ändra hela rese mål Personal sagt det går bara att ändra ADD- EBB inga mer kostar 150 usd.
Andra besök 2 feb 2023 träffade jag en personal på samma plats Som heter Daniel.Han sagt att jag måste betala 380 usd om jag ska avbryta resa till Juba enligt honom.Tillslut betalade jag 150 usd och blev jag tvungen att resa till Juba.
Tredje besök 9 feb 2023 i Kampala Han sagt att det går byta biljett direkt från Entebbe till Stockholm Arlanda och fick jag betala 150 usd.
Totalt att jag betalade 450 USD ytterligare.
Jag tycker att det finns en skandal på den Ethiopian airlines eftersom alla säger olika saker på en fråga även på telefon ännu värre.
Nu vill jag ha upprättelse och måste jag göra en anmäla till ARN också tack.
