Terms and Conditions:

Only available for specific departure countries/cities.
No more than 9 passengers allowed and must be at least 12 years old and hold valid Student ID. (Same for also Australia Working Holiday Tickets)
Passengers should have the valid documentation (e.g. electronic student visa, International Student Visa, school admissions document, overseas Student document, International Student Identity Card (ISIC)… etc.) for verification by EVA Air’s airport check-in staff (if not they are requested to repurchase the ticket at the airport).
Reservations should be made from 3-7 hours (depends on routes) to 360 days before departure.
The cardholder must be one of the people listed in the reservation and required to present the credit card used to purchase the ticket during check-in at the airport. However, if your credit card transaction has been successfully authorized through VISA SECURE or MasterCard ID Check™ or American Express SafeKey® or JCB J/Secure, you will NOT be required to present the credit card upon check-in at the airport. In addition, the cardholder does NOT need to be one of the travel companions.
Refund must be made only if you booked through EVA Air official website. For itinerary to/from USA: A no-penalty 100% refund will be given if the refund application is made within 24 hours of purchase and if the ticket purchase was made at least one week (168 hours) prior to the first flight departure.
