    I could not get in touch with anyone to answer my question about outsize luggage from the phones you provided in your website. I need to speak to Etihad booking personnel please.
    I also would like to verify about my connecting flight, to know if my luggage will be taken care of by the airlines to transfer to other aircraft through my destination. In other words, I will check them in at departure airport and will claim them at my final destination.
    I have not receive any receipt from OPODO for the ticket I have paid. There was no information about this. I appreciate if someone can provide me a phone number to call concerning the above.

    Sir,
    Please see below the “revised” schedule sent to me by Etihad airways yesterday. As may be noted the revised schedule DO NOT include the last leg of my travel, that is, from Abu Dhabi to Trivandrum, which was booked for July 19th. Doesn’t the passenger need to know what happens after reaching Abu Dhabi?
    If for any reason the onward flight to Trivandrum is postponed, I request a corresponding rescheduling of the Toronto — Abu Dhabi flight. I do not wish to be stranded in an unknown place, especially in today’s Covid 19 situation. I am a senior citizen, with diabetes and also am a cancer survivor. A highly vulnerable passenger. You will understand therefore how very careful I have to be. I request that when you
    have to reschedule flights (for whatever reasons), that it should be of least inconvenience to travellers, done responsibly AND with logic. In fact, I do expect this much from a responsible airlines like yours.
    Your “revised” schedule gives me the impression of being left stranded, in an unknown destination, which Etihad airlines had scheduled (I did not ask for Abu Dhabi, mind you!!), to fend for myself which I do not know how to even. I have no idea what you intend me to do in Abu Dhabi, and how / when I travel onwards to my destination Trivandrum!!!
    I hope to see some rationale and responsibility in the way you revise travel schedules.

    P.S. Please note that my flight timings have NOT actually been changed!! The last leg of travel (Abu Dhabi — Trivandrum) has been simply dropped completely!!!! You are not completing my journey for which I booked and paid for. How is that possible?

      As per Etihad airline, passengers arriving from India must take COVID 19 test from Etihad approved medical facility.

    Since more than 3 days i am trying on etihad number but nobody attending my call. I have waited sometimes more than an hour hold my line to connect with agent but no response. I have taken a ticket from Abudhabi to Karachi by Etihad which was canceled due to suspension of flights to karachi. Now i want to use this tickets and re-schedule the flight.
