I have booked my international journey and later on, I received the email for KUA for change in the schedule of flight.
In this respect, i would seek assistance from Kuwait airline service on urgent basis.
Please share me phone number to contact as well as person to speak with including timing for contact.
Dammam office timing in afternoon are 16:00 to 19:00 hrs. Since last two days I am trying to reach all phone numbers at 17:00 hrs but there is no one in the office to answer the call.
While booking my E-Ticket # MOEP9P (Return Ticket Bombay to New York JFK) on-line from http://www.kuwaitairways.com website, I had entered my gender as FEMALE correctly.
However, in the E-Ticket, my name appears as VYAS MITALI, MR (i.e. as male gender).
I again verified the gender entered by me in the “Manage Booking” option and found that I had correctly entered gender as FEMALE.
Clearly, this is not my mistake. However, when I contacted Dammam office about this problem, they asked me to pay SR 150. This is unfair on part of Kuwait Airways.
Kindly look into this issue and resolve at the earliest.
