Hello Dear sir,
Me and my friends used Cebu pacific air lines to fly from Beijing to Dubai via Manila in 8th of July 2019 (Ticket IE PNR: ADYY9J and Flight No. 5J673 and 5J14). During our transfer in in Manila my two baggage’s and my friends two baggage’s, a total of 4 baggage’s were not transferred to Dubai (Lost in Manila or else where). On the same date of our arrival in Dubai (9th of July, 2019), we had another flight to Addis Ababa. We applied the situation to the baggage claim customer service in Dubai air port and continued our next flight. Customer service in Dubai air port advised us to apply the situation at the final destination (Bole international air port, Addis Ababa). We did all this and Bole international air port baggage claim customer service is still searching the baggage. They sent email to the Cebu pacific airline office in Manila to give them back report about the baggage’s and /or send the baggage’s to Bole international air port by Ethiopian air lines that will depart from Manila or to give the baggage’s to Ethiopian air lines local coordinator office in Manila.Cebu pacific airline office in Manila still did not gave them any response. Now it is about two months and we did not gate our property. Can you please solve this problem for us? Can you please make them to send the baggage’s to Ethiopia by Ethiopian air lines that will depart from Manila or give the baggage’s to Ethiopian air lines local coordinator office in Manila? Hope you will solve the issue and approve our customer relation.
