Because of a missunderstand by booking for a German citizen. Named Matthias Künne. I wrote you an E-mail asking to correct it and send me the booking of the correct one back…. that I can upgrade. Also, the train ticket that I will have to take (from Berlin).

new flight ET 34 at the next day.
But the flight ET50 from Lilongwe to Nairobi is at the 5th so she can
not arrive this. So the flight is not possible.
Please give her a flight at the 5th to Lilongwe so she can arrive the
next flight, or give hersuch a flight at the 6th from Lilongwe to
Nairobi that she can arrive.
Please look for a fast solution and send me a soon answer, because my
daughter is in zambia at the moment at a place where it is not easy to
reach her and i must have a chance to tell her how she has to flight.

I would like to request for information on the process, on how to file a compensation claim for delayed flight.
I flew with Ethiopian airline from Windhoek Namibia via Addis to Frankfurt, however i arrived at the Hosea Kotako international airport in Windhoek 2 hours earlier only to discover the flight was delayed 6 hours without prior notice from 2pm to 7pm because of that i missed my flight from addis to Frankfurt and as a result i was booked into a flight to Paris instead, however by the time we got to Paris i had missed the flight to Frankfurt again, i spent a stressful day running around to trying to get assistance, i ended up flying 11 hours later.
i Missed a wedding i was coming to attend on that Saturday, i had to re-book transport from the airport, my Baggage is still lost with everything i came with had to buy new things to use.
Long story short, request for procedure on what to do.
A checked bag of mine never arrived to Frankfurt 21 April from Juba on ET 355 via Addis Ababa and on to Frankfurt. The Frankfurt lost and found does not have it. It may still be in Addis or Juba and I need to locate it. How do I get ET to check for it in both those airports? Please let me know who to contact by email, not phone. Thank you.

Hello, I was on an Ethiopians airlines 706 flight Aug 17 from Addis Ababa to Frankfurt Aug 18. I lost my carry on bag (black) which was on the overhead cabin, someone must have taken it by mistake. I reported it at Frankfurt airport and they helped but couldn’t find it. I have contacted a lot of Ethiopian airline offices and buggage office but no one can assist.
