Re Rescheduling Return flight (Seoul to Entebbe) from 24 Aug 2017 to 23 September 2017.
I traveled to South Korea by Ethiopian Airlines from Entebbe, Kampala, Uganda on 9th June 2017 on flight ET 335 (from Entebbe) and 608 (from Addis Ababa). My return date is slated for 24th Aug 2017, but I would like to reschedule the return flight to 23rd September 2017. I am visiting my family (Husband and son) in a Samcheok, Gangwon Province, which is very far from Seoul and cannot easily come to your offices for this rescheduling, hence the need for this writing.
My Ticket Number is 0712117477438, Date of issue 06 June 2017 (in Kampala), and Booking Reference ZPSHWX and 08 June 207.
Please advise on how I can reschedule my return flight to Entebbe as given above.

the incompetence of the people in customer support is absolutely ridiculous. Waiting for half an hour just for the automated system to hang up. Calling ten times to get hung up on is unprofessional. To talk to a representative and have them not answer my questions and just hang up are absolutely appalling. I have never experienced service like this. Its a simple cancellation of a ticket.
