    dana 29.10.2017.trebala sam se vratiti iz Moskve u Zagreb preko Beča.Međutim, kad sam doÅ”la u zračnu luku Domodedovo DME aeroekspresom u 13.45.i stala u red za registraciju, službenica na Å”alteru je odbila me registrirati, jer je rekla da je avion prebukiran i za mene nema mjesta(!?). Kako je to bilo moguće ako sam imala povratnu kartu sa fiksiranim datumom ? Meni su dali kartu za Franfurt za 17.00.sati. Dali su mi vrlo neudobno mjesto 29.D. Nisam mogla staviti svoju ručnu prtljagu gore u pretinac jer je bio zauzet stvarima posade. u zračnoj luci sam čekala dodatno vrijeme od skoro 2 sata za let. Normalno da sam za to vrijeme trebala neku okrepu. Popila sam čaj sa kolačem, račun je iznosio 1.025rub. U Frankfurtu polazak za Zagreb je isto kasnio. U Zagreb sam doÅ”la iza 22.00.sata i bila je primorana uzeti taksi, jer drugačije ne bi mogla doći do Zagreba. Račun je iznosio 238kuna. Umjesto planiranog dolazka u Zagreb u 18.00sati ja sam doÅ”la 4 sata kasnije puno umornija i nezadovoljnija. stoga smatram da mi pripada pravedna naknada za pretrpljene neugodnosti.
