    Since August have requested compensation for flight 257652 heathrow/Vienna/ Albania 3/8/21 flight turned back to Heathrow engine trouble upsetting for me and children sat in heathrow until 4pm told return next morning. Even baggage on return was delayed a few days.Missed out a day with my family.
    Completed endless forms getting nowhere even phone number now not accepting calls. 0207660 8190
    Received cancellation email 9/1/21 The booking number was LO1D7Q
    Told in email from you to be PATIENTā€¦ since AUGUST then sent link which connected to German language and not English.Very upset at this extreme delay with no assistance.

    Again l am making this comment and no one takes any notice.
    Since AUGUST been trying to claim compensation for flight returned to Heathrow 3/8/21 A whole day wasted to see my family.
    No matter how many forms l complete it is never followed through Feedback was going to help but some idiot there keeps sending same stupid email he doesnā€™t bother to read what l have written.
    Itā€™s impossible to phone always busy and not much help.
    Itā€™s absolutely disgusting

    Flight OS832 due to leave Larnaca on 27 April 2022 at 17:25. I was waiting at the Gate when an Employee came to me and said my mask was not acceptable. I said that I wore the same kind of mask from London to Larnaca on Austrian airlines and it was acceptable. Her reply : NOT ON MY FLIGHT. She said I had to go to the kiosk to by another mask. I did and the kisok employee was sympathetic .
    I was wearing initially an NHS theatre mask that we wear in the UK. That day I had news that my mother had hours to live and I was upset and stressed and the rudness of the airline employee made it even more upsetting for me.

    When I rejoined the queue at the gate I saw others wearing the blue mask I was wearing, some had it below the nose and some were not wearing a mask. When I approached the gate to show my passport and ticket the male employee was also not wearing the white mask – he was wearing a blue NHS mask like the one I had on and it was even below the nose. So I asked why was I asked to buy a different mask when others are wearing a blue mask. His reply was ‘OH they will be asked once on board to change the mask.’ But this does not make sense once on board this is it, what if they do not have a white mask? The Rude female employee was also there checking in passengers on the other side and she was still rude to me saying everyone has to wear the White mask.

    My question to Austrian Airplines is:
    1. Why does it not say on check-in online that we have to have the WHITE MASK?
    2. At the Gate why is there no announcements to cover all pasengers that we have to have the WHITE mask?
    I felt Singled out, the lady employee was rude and especially at a stressful moment in my life. The Journeys on OS458/ OS837 and OS457 (especially OS457 the cabin crew were so helpful helping me to get off the plane first to rush to my mother) were all excellent.

    The experience at Larnaca for OS832 was appalling and left me with a bad experience of the airline. I look forward to your comments.
