I would like to clarify about current situation on our luggage delivery. Names of the passengers: Smirnov Dmitrii and Tsitskiyeva Diana.
On July 8, 2022 we travelled from Riyadh to Dubai by Flynas airlines and our luggage was missing (2 peace). On the same date ( after 8 hours from arriving to Dubai) we departed from Dubai to Kazakhstan without our luggages. The dnata luggage services managers in DXB airport told us that on the nearest days our missing luggage will be delivered to Kazakhstan (Almaty city). But till today there is no any information about our luggage. At the same time, I wrote the letter on July 9, 2022 about this situation, but there is no answer.
What should we do? In 1 of our luggage there are medicines which are vital for the owner and may be received under the doctors receipt.
