I tried requesting for a non-egg and non-peanut child meal for my son who has allergies to eggs and peanuts. I was told by the operator named Vesko that the system does not allow for that. This has never been a problem when we fly Singapore Airlines so I am suggesting, if it is indeed not possible, that you do something to cater to the many who have allergies nowadays.
In general, I have found the operators to be rather uninformative and lacking in initiative, such as, expressing as unable to help when the website malfunctioned multiple times during the booking process, and just now, when the operator misheard the booking reference (and hence not able to find my booking) and did not think of repeating it to me. I had to insist that it be traced using the family name.

I need to check with you the following flight which we postpone to Nov 05. 2020.
We are a group of tour package which we need to flight off in the March 5, 2020. Due to the covid=19 group of tour packages which we sign on with tour agents CS Travel in Singapore.
Our flight detail AY 132 Singapore to Heisinki take off 5 March 2020. I need to check due to we did not flight off on this Mar 5, 2020 for 12 days, do Finnair Airline refund to the tour agents CS Travel;in Singapore for the flight cancel. I do not have e-ticket for Mar 5, 2020, therefore i need your help and let me know does tour Agents get the refund back.

My group of 15 or more travelers is planning an aurora hunting trip to Finland & Norway from 17 Mar 2024 to 30 Mar 2024.
We will fly from Singapore to Ivalo (via Helsinki) on 17 Mar 2024, from Tromso to Bergen on 27 Mar 2024, and from Bergen to Singapore (via Helsinki) on 29 Mar 2024.
Apparently travel agents are unable to confirm Finnair tickets. Kindly assist us to secure air tickets for the above itinerary.
