I flew from Oporto/Portugal to Madrid and from there to Buenos Aires on the 29 of March arriving the 30, but my luggage stayed in Madrid.
Today we are the 01 of April and I am still waiting for the delivery of my luggage at my hotel.
I can see on the system that it should be delivered yesterday the 31 of March, but so far nothing…
I tried to reach the 2 telephone numbers that the “lost luggage” office in the airport gave me but with no success.
Tomorrow I am leaving to southern Argentina and still no luggage!!!
I am very unhappy with this service
Air Europa has been leaving me and my family, including a toddler of 11 months (a newborn child!!!) without luggages for 17 days by now. We left from Milan, Italy, on the 10th of December and are now in Chile. This is unacceptable. Please get in touch with us at the soonest. The company told us that the luggages are in Buenos Aires, but we do not know when and how they will be delivered to us. It is so difficult to fix your own mistake? You are putting in great troubles a little, little child. Shame on you!! You MUST deliver our luggages as soon as possibile and apologies.
