It is a regional airline with its head office in Airline House in Singapore;previously it was on the fifth storey of the SIA Superhub in Singapore. Between 31 Dec and 2 of Jan, I made a booking online on the silkair site,
flight Singapore to Vientiane Laos, one way, on March 10, 2018
for two persons i) Mr Michel Strobe, ii) Mrs Christiane Baginski
all the procedure went well, until the payment step through Paypal;
and no booking number appeared, and an error message appeared on the screen,
something like “Silkair will contact will contact you in the next days..”
nothing happened since, and my Paypal account has not been debited
this let me suppose taht the booking is not effective
please confirm, so I can book again; and avoid double booking. Thank you and regards. Michel
