Cathay Pacific Airways was founded in Hong Kong on 24 September, 1946 and remains deeply committed to its home base, making substantial investments to develop Hong Kong as one of the world’s leading international aviation hubs. I have attempted and not been successful contacting a customer service person on your 1 800 233 2742 number at various times over the last four days concerning a booking question on a flight my wife are taking. I have waited sometimes up to 40 minutes listening to that awful loop. I wonder what would happen if I had a problem in a foreign company concerning a flight you would be of no assistance in that type of situation.
What a disappointment as I expected more out of Cathay Pacific plus your web site is slow and confusing.

Our flight back to Jakarta HongKong dated 22 April 2019 Flight Number: CX0881 departure time 00:30 is that Sunday Midnight or Monday midnight? I’m confused and afraid to missed our flight back home

Possibly is Monday 12:30 am. Better you verify with your ticket and Cathay Pacific.
Why do you leave a contact number if no one’s answering the phone?!!! It is very frustrating to be put on hold for so long with the automated voice of the same message over and over again. I gave up after more than 40 minutes on hold. Just get rid or do not post this 800 233 2732 number if you are not planning on answering it!
I helped my friends Solomon and Ronda McNabb book a flight from Dallas Love Field to Manila, Philippines (Rovia Trip ID# 2262600) There was no problem with the trip going to the Philippines. The problem was when trying to return to the United States, Solomon and Ronda Mcnabb were denied boarding passes when they approached the Cathay Pacific Airlines service desk in Manila, Philippines. They showed up on time to board the August 7, 2018 flight. They were denied boarding passes because Cathay Pacific Airlines say they could not confirmed their flight reservations. When they were refused a return flight to the US, Solomon McNabb was so depressed he became ill and is still in the hospital to this date. Please help them? Tolbert E. Wyatt (580) 917-1771–
