Do you have an employee Quinne Stain at the Stockholm Office? His contact form and LinkedIn ref states he works at IATA Sthlm. Can you pls confirm?
Greetings
PLease be advised that the travel company that you cooperat with, Travellink, has received numerous very bad reviews at https://se.trustpilot.com/review/www.travellink.com. Many people have not received their money back and their customer support is nearly non existent. I am personally experiencing not receiving any confirmation that we had to cancel our trip, meaning that we can’t get our money back from our insurance company. Please make sure that they are not allowed to operate as a travel agency any longer.
