I would like to know if I am eligible for 24hours transfer visa as I am not able to find proper answer elsewhere?
I am Slovakian citizen hence EU passport holder.
I fly with China Southern Airlines Vienna-Langkawi with stopovers Urumqi and Guangzhou.
I lend Urumqi 7:55 and leave Guangzhou 20:10 hence I will not be in China more than 24hours but I will be at Urumqi 4:20h.
I kindly ask you to confirm if I am eligible for 24 hours transit visa in my case? If so where and how I can apply for them?
As some authorities saying that if there are two stopovers it is not possible or some restrictions about Urumqi that passanger cannot stop for more than 2 hours.
As there are different info provided by different authorities I kindly ask you for correct answer.
