There is a guy at the Armenia office called Vartan, the guy is very unprofessional and rude, he hangs up when you got a question or two extra to ask. 2 thumbs down.

Should I or should I go to a different Airline.
I am in Yerevan now and I am looking to buy a ticket for EVN TO YYZ. . I went thru your website to get Yerevan office’s phone number, and what I see you still have not CHANGED YOUR ADDRESS. Last year 3 of us went to ARGISTI Street. NO LOT office NO Sign directing us to the proper address we went back home ,that was 40- 45 minute drive each way. I called Warshaw cost me few DRAMS to make the long distance call got the new address and had to go back all the way again. WHY, ARE YOU IRRESPONSIBLE, HOW MUCH TIME AND EFFORT WOULD IT TAKE TO MAKE THE CORRECTION, DO YOU NOR REALIZE HOW MUCH BUSINESS YOU MIGHT HAVE LOST,.
Now I am here to ask you a question , if you will be attentive enough to give me a favourable answer. I am to fly EVN to YYZ and comparing prices and flying hours, yours is the one I prefer but your price includes only (one) check in luggage where the other Co. gives 2 free check in luggage allowance. My question if you can match it and give me 2 free check in. On the website of Poland, they posted that an RA citizen should get a transit visa in Poland, but the representative of LOT in Yerevan said that this does not apply to those going to America and Canada.
Can you provide me with accurate information on this issue?
