My flight on BA Toronto-London-Nice of June 07th and return flight June 19th was cancelled in May, I request a full refund as the voucher option was impractical.
As yet I have not been contacted on this refund although I have sent several e-mails to BA and a formal Letter to your North american Office on Long Island New York in the USA.
My credit card has not seen a refund credit.
Please forward details on when I should expect my refund as required by European Transport Law. The 7 day refund requirement of the EU has not been met. Today is June 29th more than six week since the cancelation.

We hope to fly from UK on Dec 20 to Vancouver with BA.
On Dec 18th we have arranged a PCR Covid test and get the result in time.
Please advice us of companies in Vancouver which arrange and sell PCR tests and results for 2nd day after arrival, i.e. Dec 21st /22nd. We understand that this is neccessary.
Also please advice . . . if the result of PCR after arrival in Canada and we would have to isolate (fot 10 or 14 days?) would it be suitable to isolated in the Air B &B for that duration of time?
