I have trying to call your office in Dubai for very long period and I also visited the office in the Airport and most of the time it is closed even when there are no flights. There is no notice paper even when they will be available.
It is really very disappointing that I am not able to reach to any one of the management team here is Dubai.
The numbers on line are not responding and they ask you to leave message to the management and they will call you back which never happened.

This claim has been finalized according to Rania, She requested closest Post Office to me, I emailed her all details. Heard nothing….. I had to request a reply, eventually got it from Rania that compensation has been sent to London as per my reply re closest post office.
5 days ago I emailed her requesting if there is a reference number or some confirmation of the money been sent to my post office, as I have never collected money from a Post Office!!’n
Yesterday, I went to the post office to make Enquires and the ladies there knew nothing about it!!!!
I am SO disappointed with how my claim has been handled, as I had to purchase a replacement case in South Africa as I had no baggage to come back with.
This was done and paid my me about 20th January.
I would like a contact email address of management so I can report this shocking service.

I am going through the exact same issue. Baggage lost on a flight from Madrid to Cairo. I had to buy a replacement case/clothes in Cairo. Submitted my claim, which was accepted by Egyptair and then… nothing. No reply whatsoever from Egyptair insurance.
Absolute disgraceful customer claim handling.

Please I came to dubai from lagos through your airline on 29th Sept 2018, my return was supposed to be on the 27th October but I called and my ticket was opened till 5th Sept 2019, now I want to fix a date on 21 March 2019. How can I do OK to board with Egyptairlines
We have just arrived from the US in Dubai on our way to Cairo . We are flying to Cairo on 18th December . The Egypt embassy in US told us that our Vaccination cards and QR code are enought to fly to Cairo from Dubai and no need to take any test . Can you please confirm this immediately .
