    I am passenger with disability. I have diagnosed with bone cancer by University Malaya Specialist Centre in Malaysia. My pain on shoulder and leg has become worst and cause me difficult to breath now. I would like to request for special arrangement to fly back to Malaysia for medical treatment immediately. I am not able to wait till schedule fight BR7/ BR227 from San Francisco to Kuala Lumpur on 6 Jan 2017. I need to be accompany by my son Pang Wai Shun who is also taking the same flight home.     I already have a reservation to travel to the Philippines with a travel document from the Philippines embassy in Chicago and will have a stop over in Taipe.My question is,will that be enough to stay few hours in the airport.

      I am a legal immigrant of USA and have scheduled flight to the Philippines and using a travel document.My question is,can I enter Taipe for a stop over.I am not sure about this.I know that I can not land in China,Hongkong and Japan.Is Taipe a part of China.Thank you very much .

    we’d like to fly from Taipei to Okinawa on April 5th, 2019. Which flights can we choose from? If we take the flight leaving Taipei at 6:45 a.m. (BR112), when do we have to be at the airport for check-in? When will the airport open in the morning?

    I always like to take Eva Air line!! However, the airfare from Sanfrancisco airport to Taipei (non-stop) is always 100 dollars more than China Air if traveling around November 2018 time frame.
    I personally do not like take China Air line!!
    I wonder whether Eva Air will have a promotion for cheaper ticket sooner??? I am trying to take Eva Air if possible.

    Hello sorry I send an Email but am not happy I and mine wife and good friend did buy ticket amt-bkk thailand 19 oct 2019 and back 16 oct 2019 .When did fly did it be 787 Dreamliner and have seats pay number 49k 49j 49H But today see on facebook 26-04-2019 it chance again now are 777 and you have now Premium Economy Class.In the dreamliner you not have.And if I chance I have to pay more money for to chance Ticket.All this are not so good service.I have fly more time and first evergreen dan Premium Economy Class..This not the eva air I knows.It been great one before .I hope you cane do something on it for us.I wish you nice day greetings from Cornelis de Wit lieferingestraat 10 ,4826cd Breda The Netherlands

    CLAIM
    Booking system with EVA AIR is NOT working. Multi dir. refuses 3 or 4 flights !
    If you contact by phone EVA Paris, price is 50% more than a travel company.
    If you take 2 segments by 2 with EVA it’s around 1000 euros.
    By Eva Paris 1500 !!
    EVA is Not Customer oriented . Their e system for multi directions is in failure
    My demand was very simple Paris Osaka Taipei Manilla Paris , everyting by EVA ? +Milescard. I sent a mail to EVA Paris to confirm my desagreement (Parsales@evaair.com) , I’m angry. B R Michel

    Have been urgently trying to contact EVA Taipei office all morning, re my return flight to BNE .Keep getting the ā€˜engagedā€™ signal.
    As a loyal EVA customer over many years I am extremely disappointed- not only over this inability to make contact but also the total lack of communication about that has occurred about an apparent suspension of all flights from TPE to BNE.
    I need to speak to someone at your office as soon as possible- to clarify what travel options might be available to me
