    Hi

I have made several bookings from Riyadh to Melbourne and it has been cancelled all the time! I have transferred the money to the so-called Travel Bank account and still now can not make a booking by using that amount (for some reason it has been decreased and ticket costs increased) . I started to think that this was a trick by Etihad to collect money from the potential costumers and confiscate some of it, am I right? Any idea how I could get a refund? Do I need a court order?
