Japan Transocean Air or JTA, is an airline based in Naha, Okinawa Prefecture, Japan. It operates domestic services on behalf of Japan Airlines. Its main base is Naha Airport. From 1967 until 1993, the airline was known as Southwest Air Lines.
The airline was established on 20 June 1967 as Southwest Air Lines, and started operations in July 1967. It changed its name in July 1993.
Japan Transocean Air Carry-on Baggage Allowance
- Carry-on baggage may not exceed 55cm Ć 40cm Ć 25cm=115cm in size and 10 kg in weight.
Japan Transocean Air Checked and Excess Baggage Allowance
- Up to 20kg is free of charge for each passenger.
- Up to 45kg is free of charge for First Class passengers.
- Total dimension of checked baggage is 50cm x 60cm x 120cm
- For items exceeding the free allowance while within a total weight of 100kg (maximum to 32kg per item), you may check them in with an Excess Baggage Charge.
- Total weight must not exceed 45kg
