I come home to CH every Fall but have had to use an airline other than Swiss Air. I want/need to know from which airports in Canada I can get a direct flight to Zurich, but it has to be First Class Seating. Why is this information so difficult to obtain?

Therefore I am writing to ask only one question: I have my Swiss Recovery certificate. Do I need to show the Covid Test negative result to get on board when I travel from Switzerland to UK?

I will kindly ask the manager of Swiss International to contact me, I am not getting any help with your call Centre agents over the phone and customer care on the email. I will not be one of those customers who write a review on social media and forget about this as if it didn’t happen.
Swiss denied me boarding, The refused to give me the reason stating that the reason for denial will be updated on the system, But there is no reason on the system instead my ticket is updated as flown. and You are refusing to re-book me or refund my money. I will appreciate if someone other than the call Centre and customer care to contact me as I am getting fed-up with this treatment.
