My name is MD SAIF KHAN. Passport Number: BQ0524441 and I have a Czech Republic Employment Visa (Long term). I had a flight from New Delhi, India to Prague. I have arrived in Prague at 22nd February.
While I was in the New Delhi, India Airport, The Boarding Agent of AEROFLOT forced me to buy a Return Ticket. My return Ticket number: 5552409901930 I have explained them that I have an Employment Visa (Long term) and I am not coming back soon. But they have forced me to buy a return Ticket. Currently I am at Czech Republic and started working here. I will not be able to visit my home country any time soon. In that case I want to cancel my Return Ticket and want a refund. I have tried to contact AEROFLOT office in Prague but I didnāt get any solution.
Based on my situation, could you please help me to cancel my return ticket and get a Refund, I am a Bangladeshi Citizen and I have a relative in India, so he can get refund from India. Please help me in this situation.

This is pertaining to my lost luggage while travelling with Aeroflot Airline.
I had a flight form New Delhi to Moscow to Madrid on 20th Dec. 2019 at 01:00 AM. I came at the airport at around 9:15-9:30 and i gave my luggage to the baggage drop counter the lady gave me my boarding passes for Delhi to Moscow and Moscow to Madrid. and she also gave a me ONE tag for my luggage. As i was travelling for the 1st time i was not aware that for two check-in bags i am supposed to get 2 separate tags.
When i reached Madrid i got only 1 bag out of two which i submitted at the baggage drop counter in Delhi and when i went to Lost and Found counter in Madrid they told me that i have only one tag for luggage and that is for the bag which i already received.Ā They told me if i had given 2 check in bags i should have 2 separate tags. They thought i am lying as i had only one tag and i am claiming for 2 bags. that was so embarrassing and that is because of the lady who was sitting at the baggage counter, because of her i am suffering without any belongings in Europe.
I called on the landline no. +91-11-61238161 and spoke to a lady about the same and gave her my PNR no. and my other details and detail about the bag that how it looked so that they can check.
as i don’t have any tag no. with me only people at the Delhi airport i can contact as i handed over my bag to them and i cannot check this anywhere else as i don’t have any tag.

My BAG IS OF SEA GREEN / SKY BLUE COLOR, WRAPPED IN POLYTHENE FROM AIRPORT WRAPPING COUNTER. ON MY BAG BUTTERFLIES WERE PRINTED ALL OVER. This is a very unique bag can be easily traceable even if they didn’t put any sticker or bar code on it by mistake.

Now the situation is that Latvia government has sealed their Boarders and stopped all mode of transport to Latvia from Today and My Airline and even my service provider is not giving any answer about the status to Riga.

I have booked a return ticket from Delhi to Moscow 31 March 2020 and return 08 April 2020. I got an update Russia is not allowed to enter any tourist till 01 May 2020. What should i do now?
