    Geachte heer, mevrouw,

    Op 22 januari 2018 zouden wij vliegen met uw maatschappij van Amsterdam naar Mexico City onder vluchtnummer AM0026.
    Deze vlucht is geannuleerd/ was langdurig vertraagd 21 uur.

    Op grond van de Europese Verordening 261/2004 hebben wij recht op een financiĆ«le compensatie van ā‚¬ 600,00 per persoon.
    Op grond van het Sturgeon (C 402/07 en C 432/07) en het Nelson/TUI arrest (C-581/10 en C-629/10) van het Hof van Justitie van de EG hebben wij ook recht op de financiƫle compensatie bij een langdurige vertraging. Dit is tevens bevestigd in diverse uitspraken van de Nederlandse rechter.

    Als gevolg van de annulering/ langdurige vertraging hebben wij ook een dag vakantie gemist de kosten hiervan zijn ā‚¬ 200,00, na de annulering heeft onze dochter ons opgehaald, hebben thuis overnacht, ter compensatie een bedrag autokosten ad. ā‚¬ 25,00. Op grond van artikel 19 Verdrag van Montreal komen deze kosten voor vergoeding in aanmerking.

    Wij verzoeken u de financiĆ«le compensatie en kosten gemiste vakantiedag en autokosten met een totaalbedrag van ā‚¬ 1425,00 over te maken op rekeningnummer:

    I do’nt have permision to go, to make these trip.

    Ik stuurde daarnet al een bericht om te zeggen dat ik de vlucht van deze avond 22.25 u richting MĆ©xico en daarna Guatemala niet kan nemen omwille van een positieve covid test.
    Die deden ze donderdag,maar tot vandaag iets vĆ³Ć³r Ć©Ć©n deze middag hebben ze me de uitslag getelefoneerd.
    Dus moet ik nog tien dagen wachten om opnieuw te reizen.
    Ik hoop dat ge dat al genoteerd hebt. Dank uwel voor uw begrip.

    Please help; your website is full of nice things about service.

    So I hope you can keep this promise.

    My wife is in Durango and has a return ticket from your firm.

    In the week she was to return to Amsterdam she was tested positive.

    So she contacted air Mexico immediately.

    And their they said; no worries we will contact you soon to change youā€™re flight

    We are now 3 weeks later !!!!! en at least 7 e-mails and 3 telephone contacts.

    She really wants to home and she ran out of medicine.

    I have no idea why this customer service is so bad.

    According to youā€™re website this should be a lot better!!

    Please answer her e-mails so she knows what to do.

    Otherwise she has to book with air France or KLM. But that would be ridiculous.

    She has paid for youā€™re flight to Amsterdam..

    So help her and put here on a flight.

    Here name is: Marian Akkerboom and she is born on 15 July 1954.

    That would be data enough to find here. She must be on youā€™re computer system.

    We hope to hear from you very soon, because leaving someone alone for 3 weeks is ridiculous.!!!
