From Riyadh, I am trying but not yet successful since 25 September 2021 to contact call center +966-920011969 to claim CREDIT VOUCHER under your reference # 1147769 confirmed by your email dated 10 Sept. 2021 at 8:46 AM so that I can use it to make new flight booking as early as possible. Please advise how can I succeed to do it. Also I contacted today UAE call center today at 2:33PM but no result accept listening all agents are busy. Kindly guide.
