Dear Sir/ Madam,
Mr. Kamlesh Kumar had travelled recently from Muscat to Tbilisi via Sharjah on the 27th June 2017 on your flight (G9117) & (G9295) respectively, which arrived at Tbilisi Airport at 01:55 hrs. on the 28th June 2017.
He has misplaced his black colored shoulder hand luggage at TBILISI AIRPORT at immigration. Mr. Kamlesh has reported this at the ground staff Air Arabia counter as well as with the lost and baggage claim in the TBILISI Airport. He claims he has not been provided a provision for a written complaint to be filed by either the Air Arabia counter not at the lost and baggage claim section. All they have noted was his name, email address and his contact number (Muscat).
The lady staff at the Air Arabia counter informed him they would revert back in 3 working days. It has been more than 8 working days, however Mr. Kamlesh has not received any reply or whereabouts about the hand luggage.
Mr. Kamlesh Kumar who had availed Georgia package for holidays with us(houseoftours.com) has informed on the inefficiency and unprofessionalism of the Airline company of yours. However in a world today with the security and technology available to you as a large airline, it should possible for you to revert with the findings of the customer.
The customer tried to claim insurance for the valuables lost however, he requires a proof for complaint being registered. As there was no effort taken from your end in regards to direct the customer in the right direction, Mr Kamlesh Kumar has decided to file a complaint and publish the scenario on the social media. We(houseoftours.com) as third party are trying to negotiate and bring a solution the issue.
We look forward to have initiative taken from your end to find the hand baggage lost or at least acknowledge the customer with the complaint he had registered at the Air Arabia counter at TBILISI AIRPORT so that he may claim for the baggage loss.
