I cancelled everything, emailed, several times. I don’t hear anything about it since months. My friends did get their money back in the meantime, booked through cheap tickets. What further steps can I take? I also want my money back.

I have tried to book an extra lugage (more than 10 times) without success
I have been waiting on the phone (3 times more than Half an hour: +3222731846), hoping that someone could inform me what to do. Once again without any success.
Is it normal that I can go on your webiste to my reservation, that I can add on my flights 1 extra luggage and that I see that I have to pay 60 € and then that your next page announces “system error” (and this allready more than 1 week)?
