Hi Finally we are back In Boston Ma , our drip started from boston Delta flight #118 paris and flight AF #8460 from Paris to to casablanca at the Paris air port we are in the plane ready to fly and the pilot announced that he apologize but we have to wait for about 15 to 20 minutes for a group of people from a connecting flight which it was a little delayed . we me and my wife thought o boy that is very good and professional . we waited the group of people came in after about 15 -20 minutes and we took of . From the states i ask for a isle seat i had a foul knee replacement couple years back and i had to get up a few times so my knee can get loose they told me at the gate that they did not see it and the plain was full all t and they can do nothing . We shot our mouth and we went along first bad experience to, to many to follow we are on the way back Casablanca to Paris AF 1897 leaving Casablanca 10:10 arrive in Paris 14:20 they do not have a WCHAIR as my ticket indicated i ask the lady who was responsible and told me that WCHR on my ticket in french means NO CHAIR we try to tell her that it is not correct but she did not want to help so she make me walk from one end of the terminal in Paris to the train to the other terminal lipping and in excruciating pain and tears in my eyes and my wifes who so my pain and suffering we made it in the gate K39 at 14 :55 my wife and I and three other people all in wCHAIRS except me later an desk employee told us the did not have other WCHAIRS or employees that the reason i had to walk ,crawl to the gate than the biggest SURPRISE OF ALL the man at the gate said first) the plane left,

thirt ) we have the wrong tickets our tickets are for AMSTERDAM that is completely false on the ticket said BOSTON
Forth) he said that is to late at that time the plane was there at the gate K39 the time was 15:00 the plane left at 15;15 i ask him if he plays a GOD role he unser yes not a sorry not we try top help he call some one else a tall very big man and he told me to silence(cilance in french) other way you we leave tomorrow we lost the flight i am in pain and my wife she bis ready for a heart attack from running and losing the flight . we went to the desk and one young customer service lady employee said the flight was over booked and she will try to find us tickets for N York and From N Y with Delta to Boston they took me than with a WCHAIR another employee told them what tha mark WCHAIR on the ticket means . we are on the plane to NY at 7:15 pm boarding starts at 8:20 on the other side terminal 4 of JFK we just made it to the gate at DELTA and we our finding out that the costumer service people in Paris the put the flight number on the ticket but they did not assigned, booked any SEATS at ALL back to the line again to get seating (mean wile we are traveling only with carry ons one of each of us ) at JFK the do not allowed the yang man to excess the special need people entrances and exits we are at 8:10pm and we have to go from at terminal 4 from Gate B 1 to B53 me on the will chair ant my 63 year old wife by food running her face got red her blood pressure went to the sky we made it just in time ready to collapse . i will like the Legal international FAA records of departures and arrivels for the flights and days i provide for you so i can presuit that further here they are Names
