Hello – it is impossible to reach the Tel Aviv offices of Air France. The number is for FlyingBlue 03-755-5050 and for the Technical assistance is 03-755-5057. Whenever you dial, automatically it sounds as busy or out of order, even out of working hours.
My problem is that I have 2 passports, and therefore the miles do not add up.
Also, I received a letter stating that I couldn’t be reached by email. Indeed, my email changed to arimasel@yahoo.com.
The letter reached me, although the name of our city was misspelled. Please note that our address is:
