When cargo damage occurs, prepare the following documents and submit a Pre-claim via email within 14 days from the date of cargo acceptance.
1) Pre-claim letter
2) Copy of Master Air Waybill
3) Copy of House Air Waybill
4) Damage Slip (Cargo Inspection Report)
5) Commercial Invoice
6) Packing List
Note:Ā Pre-claim submission is a prerequisite before initiating the official claim process. If you wish to proceed with the official claim after the Pre-claim submission, please provide the following additional documents:
