Checked baggage
Only 2 pieces of baggage of 23 kg are allowed in the hold (on long-haul flights). If any of your baggage exceeds the statutory weight, you will need to buy excess baggage.
The maximum weight allowed in the hold, per luggage is:
– 32 kg for business class travelers, on all our networks (except on flights operated on ATR 42 and twin otter aircraft)
– 23 kg for economy travelers
