Hello, I have just purchased Panama City to Bocas del Toro on an Air Panama flight.
The fare should include checked baggage, but the confirmation email says I have no checked baggage.
I do have baggage to check plus excess baggage to purchase.
I can’t see anywhere on their website to choose YES to the included checked baggage included in the fair, and nowhere to purchase excess baggage.
I’d very much appreciate if anyone can help me with this as my ticket says baggage must be indicated/purchased within 48-hours of buying the ticket! Thanks! Sheri
