They lost my partner’s luggage, and half of the flight’s as well. It was a nightmare to have that experience with them. I will never fly with them, or buy someone a flight with them again.

A date, malgré toute nos relance à la SOGEAC, nous n’avons toujours aucune idée de la localisation du colis. Cela fait exactement 45 Jours.
Nous vous demandons de bien vouloir nous apporter de l’aide pour retrouver ce colis.

This is becoming very frustrating. I flow on air Senegal on 9th of January Hc407 from JFK to BWI – I checked in 2-suitcases- one arrived and the other containing medication etc.- could not be found, tag #0057615-201,I have made efforts to trace my luggage, and i have come to the conclusion that your organization seem not care for its passengers. I have called more than 12 times, trying my best to find my luggage, your customer service department has not been helpful. this will leave me no choice but to forward my complaint to the US Consumer Agency and report to the news media about your poor service. your immediate attention to this matter is required.
