Hello
we have a reservation on Qantas QF15 Brisbane Australia to LAX, but then continuing on to Seattle with Alaska Airlines.
We arrive in LAX at 6:00am and the flight LAX to Seattle departs at 8:00am Ref IFDLTQ AS455 Anthony Kennedy, and Shaylene Clayton.
We were advised that our baggage will be checked through to Seattle, but just wanted to check on a couple of things.
1. Do we have to get our bags from the carousel at LAX and take them to Alaskan Air
2. Will there be enough time between the arrival in to LAX and then getting to the check in at Alaskan Air to the boarding gate.
3. Will we be issued boarding passes from origin ie Brisbane, Australia for the LAX to Seattle flight and that way we would save having to queue at Alaskan Air check in counter?
4. We got the flight using Qantas Frequent Flyer Points and then we purchased tickets from Seattle to Kelown. We were informed that we collect our bags at Seattle and then must check in for this final leg Seattle to Kelowna.
I need to speak with Alaskan Airlines regarding booking below – you have changed the FAIANC (SECTOR 3) to now not connect. I need it changed to the 1100 am flight – AS192 – 11.00/12.00 please – your phones are not working at the moment.

We have previously tried to make contact with your airlines but to no avail. So please respond to our request for a full credit in these very trying and very difficult times. We are indeed very unhappy that we have had to cancel our international travel and using your airlines in our travels. But in view of the fact that this very terrible pandemic has hit and his us all very hard that a full credit is on order to enable us to rebook with your airlines sometime in 2022/2023 when we can safely reschedule our international travel plans.
In these very trying and very difficult times we feel that a full refund by you is in order as we are only cancelling our international travel because of this worldwide pandemic. We are looking at visiting your great country as soon as everything is declared safe and give it reasonable time to prove this and would be looking at rescheduling our visit sometime in 2022. Because of this current worldwide pandemic this is the only reason that we have had to cancel our proposed visit and would look forward to rescheduling again in the very near future with your hotel. Given this worldwide pandemic we feel very strongly that because of this and for this reason alone that we request that you look upon our request favourably for a full refund of our costs incurred with this booking.
