I arrived in Manila Aug. 25. 2022. My luggage was badly damaged. I reported it to the authorities there at the airport before I left the airport that night. He took pictures, and made out a report. He said it could take 3 days before I hear from them. Now it’s almost 3 months and I still don’t have any answer from ANA.
If i have to change airport in tokyo ,do I need a transit visa .Im planning to book a flight from Houston(Texas) to Mumbai(India).

As per the FAA guideline, it is doubt that you can carry 30000 mah in your hand luggage. Have you tried calling ANA airways? Did they allow? Please let us know through the comment.
