    Hello ArikAir,

    Today I made online payment via ArikAir portal for return flight from PH to Lagos on Wednesday, 27th November to return on 29th November 2018.

    Although the fare of N56,020.00 has already been debited from my GTBank Naira debit card, but no ticket has been sent to me confirming successful payment.

    The following error message appeared after my transaction:
    ”Error from Payment Gateway CREDIT_CARD:E100 – Transaction Completed but Error Occurred during Payment Confirmation (Please Requery the Gateway)”.

    The Reservation (PR) No is M9ASYG (PR) .

    Please I need a booking ticket sent to my email for the paid flights.

    Hi Team Arik Air,
    I booked a flight from Port-Harcourt to Lagos on the 9th April 2021, around 17:24 GMT, i did the first booking and i got an error response from the payment platform that the payment did not went through, but i was debited for the transaction, thinking its network issue from my bank, knowing fully well that the money will be reversed if its network issue.
    I waited a few minutes and i repeated same booking and it went through, and i was debited again, only for me to call my bank on 12th of April and i was told that the said transaction that failed actually went through, only for me to check my email and find out that another booking ticket was actually sent to me, how will two (2) ticket will be issued to one person on the same day. My bank told me that they will reach out to Arik to verify and confirm my complain, that i would get a reversal if Arik confirm that they received the said transaction, but to my surprise i got a mail from my bank yesterday that Arik decline the said transaction.
    I will appreciate if your team can carry out an investigation concerning this and refund my money, see your attachments column for receipt, tickets issued and statement of account of the said transaction on the said date (7th April 2021).

    with reference to the text message received from you today, that due to operational reasons my Arik Air flight W3827/PORTHARCOURT-LAGOS on 11SEPR21 by 15;45hrs today was cancelled and will not operate.
    I need to be in Lagos latest by the 12th of September 2021. kindly book me for the 11:50 flight to Lagos. kindly revert advise on what is required.
    I have been calling all numbers posted as your customer care call lines and none of your representatives picked.
    This is what is my friends and family members hold as a grudge against your management, as it is complained that you don’t pick calls in a deliberate attempt for customers to loose bookings.
