Due to the Ncov outbreak all over the world, I would like to ask if our flight thru Airasia from Manila-S.Korea-New York will still push thru or was it cancelled already? Also just in case the flight was not yet cancelled, we plan to request for a rebooking or refund of the airfare due to this virus, I would like to ask what is the process of refund/cancellation or rebooking as we feel its not safe to travel anymore especially via S.Korea and to United States.

I was a passenger on OZ221 and OZ 703 from JFK to MNL on Mar 14, 2022.
I was very impressed on Asianaās customer service from the first moment I checked at JFK. My flight was the most restful, smooth and most convenient and had promised to promote Asiana with all my friends and family.
I came home late last night and found one of my luggages damaged. I tried calling Asiana office at NAIA but no one picked up. I tried calling all day but had been very unsuccessful.
