Din cauza situatiei globale bineinteles ca nu am mai putut calatori si doresc rambursarea cheltuielilor de calatorie. Am luat, acum cateva luni, legatura cu agentia de zbor din Romania si mi s-a comunicat ca voi prima rambursarea dar nu se stie exact in ce perioada si doresc sa ma aigur ca se va intampla acest lucru si doresc sa stiu orientativ cand anume.

My name is Tudor TANASE and on 13 October 2020 I bought two tickets for me and my wife, Carla Victoria CIUREL (Booking ref, WPG3B8), departure on 29 November 2020 from Bucharest (Flight no OS 792) to Vienna and return from Vienna on 04 December 2020 (Flight no OS 791).
Because of the present situation in Austria (Lock-down till 06 December 2020), it is obvious that we have to cancel our trip.
Regarding this, please cancel our tickets and return us the cost of tickets or give us the possibility to reschedule them.
