BeOnd is a Maldivian airline based in the capital of Maldives, Malé. It founded by Max Nilov and Tero Taskila in November 2022. The airline is a joint venture formed by the Emirati investment firm Arabesque, and the Maldivian hospitality company SIMDI Group.It plans to connect Maldives to multiple European and Asian countries with their cities, to Australia. It plans to operate to over 50 destinations in more than 25 countries with a fleet of over 30 aircraft in the next few years.

BeOnd Checked Baggage Allowance
The free baggage allowance depends on the fare type/fare family. Each bag must not be heavier than 32kg. The total dimensions (width + depth + height) must not exceed 158 cm.

1. How can i collect my delayed baggage from the airport?
- BeOnd will endeavour to return the traveller and their luggage to the place of stay, typically their hotel or residence.
2. What should I do, if I’ve lost a property?
- Fill the “Lost Property Form” (available at the airport’s “Lost & Found department) and BeOnd will do their best to try to locate the item.
3. If my baggage delayed, what can i do?
- If your luggage not presented on the arrival carousel, you may visit the “Lost & Found Counter” and report the luggage as missing.
- Passenger need to fill Property Irregularity Report (PIR)
- BeOnd luggage Tracing Agent ask you for some information (Passenger Name Record (PNR), Booking Reference and baggage ticket), which attached to the back of the boarding pass.
4. What should I do if my bag has been received but held by customs?
- BeOnd or its nominated representative will attempt to liaise with Customs to determine why the baggage is being held and what is required for clearance.
- If the airline unable to ensure the release of the baggage, they’ll update the traveller with the information we have and provide reasonable assistance in contacting customs.
5. How does BeOnd find delayed baggage?
- BeOnd uses one of the industry’s leading global baggage tracking and reconciliation systems to report and re-send mishandled baggage.
- Most bags found within 48 hours, it take up to 21 days for a bag to be declared lost.
