Breeze Airways, is an American airline headquartered in Cottonwood Heights, Utah. The airline was founded by David Neeleman, who previously co-founded Morris Air, WestJet, JetBlue, and Azul Linhas Aereas. Breeze’s operations launched on May 27, 2021, with its inaugural flight from Tampa International Airport to Charleston International Airport.

Breeze Airways Carry-on Baggage Allowance

• The maximum dimensions of 24 x 14 x 10 inches (including handles and wheels), and weigh no more than 35 pounds.

​Breeze Airways Checked Baggage Allowance

• Checked bags must be within 62 linear inches (length + width + height) and weigh no more than 50 pounds.
• Passengers who have purchased the Nicer fare are given a free allowance of 1 free checked bag.

Breeze Airways Excess Baggage Allowance

• Checked bags that exceed 50 pounds or the overall length of 62 inches will be considered oversized or overweight.
• Oversized bags between 63 and 80 overall inches (length + width + height) will have an additional charge of $50.
• Overweight bags between 51 and 70 pounds will have an additional charge of $20, and bags between 71 and 99 pounds will have an additional charge of $50.

Personal Items

• Allowance: Fare types include one personal item on board for no charge.
• Personal item can be a purse, briefcase, small backpack, or laptop bag. ​​​​
• Dimensions: The personal item must fit under the seat directly in front of the Guest
• Not exceed the maximum dimension of 17 x 13 x 8 inches.

Carry on Bags

• Allowance: Breeze allows one carry-on bag per Guest. One carry-on bag is included with Nicer and Nicest fares and is available for purchase with Nice fares.
• Dimensions: The maximum dimensions of 24 x 14 x 10 inches (including handles and wheels)
• Weigh no more than 35 pounds.

Checked Bags

• Allowance: One checked bag is included with the Nicer fare.
• Two checked bags are included with the Nicest fare.
• Checked bags are available to purchase with Nice fares.
• Additional bags are considered Excess Bags.
• Dimensions: Checked bags must be within 62 linear inches (length + width + height)
• weigh no more than 50 pounds.
• Exceeds the size and weight will be considered overweight or oversized bags for an additional charge.
• Bags weighing over 99 pounds or measuring more than 80 linear inches in overall dimensions (length + width + height) will not be accepted.

Pet Carrierst

• Pet carriers will count as the Guest’s carry-on item and must fit under the seat directly in front of you.
• The pet carrier, permitted to bring one personal item on board the plane.
• The maximum size for a pet carrier is 18 x 13 x 9 inches.
