Absolutely hopeless getting someone to answer the telephone. Very poor service from British Airway’s office in Cairo.
DEAR BA TEAM,
I am traveling tomorrow early morning via BA to Brazil connecting at Heathrow and my PNR ref is SREWSA. I am on a business trip to deliver a course.
I have just learnt that I cannot take my laptop with me on board in my bag. I have 2 stops on my trip and I cannot put my laptop in the checkin luggage and cannot take the risk of losing it or having delayed arrival of my luggage.
Do you have any solution to this issue please?
