Dear Sir
Do we need a visa to travel via London to Romeo, lay over 1hr and 20 minutes in British airways.
Good evening sir .
I have to talk to anyone in the customer service about my problem. I booked a business class ticket to London at 30 of November .return back at 3 of December.
When I went to the airport in London to make check in, they told me that the flight was over booked and they downgraded my ticket to economy class. I tried with them to return back my ticket but they refused and told me that the other solution is to delay my trip to next day but I told them I can’t because I have work in the same day of arrivals. I begged them to return back my ticket because I want to sleep. But they refused and told me that they will compansate me by 200 pounds only .
Really I am very upset because I don’t accept this behavior from your company. And I like British airways. But if don’t take the propriate compensation i will suing you and I will publish what happened to me on social media.
