    BAG MISSING FOR ONE WEEK
    Flew with Brussels Airlines on 2 July 2018 from Brussels to Berlin but bag did not arrive.
    It was reported at Tegel
    It has now disappeared from Tracking.
    Baggage said it would be delivered but was not.
    At 8 July the bag is still missing.
    It is not clear where the bag is, it has disappeared from tracking and the airport does not have it.

    Have now left Berlin

    Can you please advise if the bag can be traced? Sent to next address? Or is it permanently lost and needs confirmation for insurance purposes.

    Dear Brussels Airlines,

    BAG Missing for 12 days and no action from your end despite your endless promises to deliver

    I am really disappointed that you failed to deliver my baggage on the 16th of September. It is now 12 days since you did not deliver my bag, what is perturbing is that you have not taken responsibility to provide care. you put me in so much distress on my recent trip, you actually deprived me of my dignity as i spent a whole week in Cancun without my baggage so i had no personal belongings to use. Much as you promised to deliver you did nothing. I have now returned to Uganda, i reported to your agents at Entebbe Airport, they told me that my bag was still in Brussels and that you would deliver it to me in one or two days. It is coming to day three and I am becoming paranoid about your promises, can you please be honest enough to tell me when you will deliver my bag.

    Very disappointed client.
