Hi I would like to comment on my recent flight with CAL. BW 481 . My wife initially dealt with two very nice understanding checkin agents . We had an almost 2 year old and my mother in law at 85 on a wheel chair. Olivia Daniel’s made sure we got the long checking , paid well for all suite cases and best of all placed us on seat number 25 . All the way back on the plane. With a 85 year old who can’t walk properly. Truly the warmth of the Caribbean experience. I travel lots for work in the Caribbean territory and never got the nasty pleasant attitude we got yesterday . There is no difference with you and any other Airline . We will spend our hard earned money where we get courteous fair understanding treatment. Apparently the warmth of the Caribbean ends in the Caribbean for miss Olivia Daniel’s. I say this as her colleagues said she dealt with us hard. Poor poor poor . Expected better for a national on a national airline .
