Hello my name is Ken Mercer I arrived in Davao on flight cx5347 on Wed the 17th of Jan My luggage was not on the flight.A fellow from the Ground Handling Agency of Cathy Dragon by the name of Mark told me my luggage went to Manila.As of 6pm Friday I haven’t received any information on the status of my luggage It is now 3 days
The ground crew isnt answering my calls or returning my texts am still missing a suitcase from last Wed
